Individual Therapy Sessions
We have three options for our location: in office, walk-and-talk outdoors, or virtual. We can also occasionally decide to do some equine-assisted therapy at Mud Hollow Farm in Troy. $110-$130 per hour. Mindful Nature Walks
Let yourself be guided...Drop into the present moment and see the forest like you've never seen it before. Sauntering slowly and quietly, our group uses our senses, breath, and curiosity to begin to feel deeply aware and open to all the life around us. We linger in places to soak in the atmosphere and stop to talk to share inspiration. Daily stress will fall away and you’ll leave feeling alive, grounded, and connected with the natural world. Let's get creative and talk about what's possible!
- Retreats for staff at your organization: Offer your staff a fun and relaxing experience! I've worked with St. Peter's Health Partners and Bethlehem Senior Services to tailor retreats enjoyed by all.
- Partnering with Community Organizations: I love offering thoughtful nature-connected mindfulness programming for folks served by groups such as the Alzheimer's Association and Nopiates Committee. This really speaks to my Social Work roots, making connection to land and health resources accessible and welcoming for all.
- Training for Professionals: I teach both virtual and in-person CEU courses for teachers and therapists on topics such as nature-based therapeutic modalities and using mindfulness and nature in schools.
- Private Group Outings: Book a Mindful Outdoor Experience for your group of friends, family, or colleagues!
